Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-03 · Effective 2026-09-03

BAD POKER (the “Service”) is operated by Bad Poker LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Bad Poker”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility — you must be 18 or older

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service. By registering you represent that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or close any account we believe belongs to a minor.

2. Entertainment only — no real-money gambling

BAD POKER is a free-to-play social game for entertainment only. It is not gambling, a gambling service, or a place to wager real money.

3. Virtual chips have no monetary value

Chips are a limited license to use a feature of the game. They are not money, currency, credit, or property, and have no cash value. Chips can never be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for money, goods, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or anything of value. Chips are non-transferable — you may not sell, trade, gift, or broker them, and chip purchases are final except where a refund is required by law.

4. No cash-out, no prizes of value

Winning chips changes only your in-game balance. It does not entitle you to any money or prize of real-world value. Leaderboards, achievements, and rankings are for entertainment and confer no monetary reward.

5. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep to one account per person unless we permit otherwise.

6. Fair play

Do not cheat, collude, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players. We may remove chips obtained through prohibited conduct and terminate accounts.

7. Conduct and chat

Communications must not be unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing. We may filter, remove, or restrict content and access at our discretion.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” and is in beta — features may change, pause, or break. We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.

9. Geographic restrictions

The Service is not available where prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your location, and we may block access from certain jurisdictions.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bad Poker LLC disclaims all warranties, express and implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted there.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Chips have no value and are not refundable on termination except where required by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Bad Poker LLC agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and each of us consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Contact and notices
